At 219, LenDale might be underweight

During his four seasons with the Tennessee Titans, LenDale White was frequently criticized as having a weight problem. But now that he’s with the Seattle Seahawks, no one is calling White fat anymore.

Danny O’Neil of the Seattle Times is reporting that White weighed in at 219 pounds and that he may actually need to gain weight before the season.

White, who is listed at 235, wants to play this season at about 228. So he’s got about nine pounds to gain over the next few months.

Needing to put a little meat on White’s bones is a problem Pete Carroll will be happy to have.
