In politics, the smart move is to support the horse that seems poised to win.
Fortunately, I’m rarely accused of being smart.
After initially being excited about the prospects of a New York Super Bowl, reality has set in. The Super Bowl means too much to treat it like a game of Russian roulette with the one live round being the arrival of a heavy dose of Siberia on the morning of the game. So even though it looks like New York will be securing the right to host Super Bowl XLVIII, I’m officially against it.
