No alcohol found in Chris Henry’s system after his death

Nearly six months after the death of Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Chris Henry, the Mecklenburg County medical examiner’s office released the full autopsy and toxicology reports today.

The Associated Press reports that the toxicology report found no alcohol in Henry’s system after he died from injuries sustained when he fell out the back of a pickup truck.

Henry’s death was caused by a fractured skull and other head injuries, the autopsy said. He fell out a truck being driven by his fiancee, Loleini Tonga.

Henry jumped into the back of the truck after what police described as a domestic dispute. The death was ruled an accident.

Henry was 26.
