Patrick Turner’s run in New York lasts two days

It took 2009 third-round pick Patrick Turner more than a year for the Dolphins to lose faith in him. It took the Jets two days.

Gang Green waived Turner on Tuesday, possibly after the team pumped him for information about Miami. (He told them the Dolphins cut guys that drop passes.)

New York also waived Ricky Foley and Donovan Warren from the practice squad and signed former Cardinals linebacker Cody Brown, a second round pick in 2009, to the practice squad.
