The Giants left four players back in New York/New Jersey while they traveled to Indianapolis on Saturday in preparation for Sunday night’s game against the Colts.
Luckily for Giants fans, defensive end Osi Umenyiora and wide receiver Hakeem Nicks were not among those four players. Ralph Vacchiano of the New York Daily News notes both players traveled with the team.
Nicks is battling an ankle injury, but appears to have a good chance to play. Umenyiora, who played well against Carolina last week, has a knee problem. He’s a game-time decision.
Tackle Will Beatty, tight end Kevin Boss, linebacker Chase Blackburn, and linebacker Phillip Dillard all didn’t travel for the game. They previously were ruled out.
