Young waves at booing fans

The Titans are tied with the Redskins at halftime 10-10, but their fans are growing frustrated with a team stuck on a two-game losing streak.

After one unsuccessful drive late in the second quarter, the home crowd started to boo the Titans.  Vince Young, who memorably struggled with boos a few years ago, waved at the fans, essentially telling them to bring it on, according to the Washington Post.

Randy Moss doesn’t have a catch in the game, and the Titans’ only touchdown was on a 87-yard kickoff return touchdown by Marc Mariani.  Young had 123 yards and a fumble lost in the first half.

UPDATE:  Young has since suffered an injury, and he’s heading to the locker room.  See you next year, Vince!

  1. vince is playing absolutely fine. the defense can’t get off of the field on third down for the life of them and so the redskins are killing the titans in time of possession. the fumble was boneheaded, but this game is more about a lack of defense than it is about vince.

  2. Jeff Fisher is awesome. Do you realize how hard it is to come back as Head Coach for a 17th season after winning your Division only 4 times in the previous 16 seasons?
