The Patriots can celebrate their No. 1 seed in the AFC overnight in Rochester. The Jets will get to spend some extra time in Chicago after their loss to the Bears.

The AFC East foes were forced to change their travel plans Sunday after their games because of the big snowstorm in the Northeast.

It’s uncertain when the teams will be able to fly home. It’s possible the delays could affect both teams’ plans to use their starters next week. Jets coach Rex Ryan already said he’ll consider resting his players, including Mark Sanchez after the Jets clinched their playoff spot.

The Giants will also spend the night in Green Bay after their game.
