Just two weeks after South Carolina tight end Weslye Saunders was declared eligible for this year’s draft, the mid-round prospect suffered a setback on Saturday.
Saunders reportedly aggravated a broken bone in his foot he won’t participate in the rest of the combine.
Saunders was ranked as the No. 5 tight end prospect by the dueling ESPN draftniks.
