  3. Chad Henne got saved by the lockout… he would probably be 3rd string or on the street if it hadn’t happened… now he’s stepping up and he has a chance to transform…. good job Henne…

    Technically, the Packers didn’t sign him as an undrafted free agent:

    “Williams was signed by the Houston Texans as an undrafted free agent on May 2, 2006 but was released in the final preseason roster reduction. Williams was signed by the Packers on November 29, 2006.”
