The Indianapolis Colts have another Polian on the staff.

Dennis Polian, the son of Colts President Bill Polian and brother of General Manager Chris Polian, has been hired as the club’s director of football administration. Polian’s previous job was the assistant to the head coach of the Vikings.

Polian has also worked at the NCAA and CFL level, and his brother said his previous work as director of football operations at Tulane University when Hurricane Katrina hit showed how qualified he is for the Colts job.

“It’s a job we pieced through a couple different offices, but it’s something we’re going to have a dedicated person for moving forward,” Chris Polian said, per the Indianapolis Star. “With what he’s been through having to manage the Tulane situation through Katrina, I know he’s going to be able to handle what we throw at him.”

If not, he’ll have his dad and his brother to answer to.
