The arrest rate during the lockout has slowed considerably, but weekends in June sometimes entail pro athletes with little to do finding more than a little trouble. It happened on Sunday in Harrisonburg, Virginia, where Eagles linebacker Akeem Jordan was arrested for assault and battery, according to the Daily News Record.

Per the report, the incident occurred in a parking lot on Evelyn Byrd Avenue in Harrisonburg. Jordan was released without bail earlier today.

Details are sketchy for now. Hopefully, he wasn’t waving a knife before accidentally throwing it at someone.
