Damione Lewis, a member of the Rams’ three-pronged first-round class of defenders a decade ago (the others were Adam Archuleta and Ryan Pickett), has extended his career to an 11th season.

He has agreed to terms with the Texans, per a league source. He’ll sign a one-year, $910,000 deal, which is the minimum for players with 10 years or more of service.

Lewis spent five years in St. Louis, followed by four in Carolina. He joined the Texans in 2010, appearing in 10 games.
