The deals continue, now that free agency officially is open.
Kevin Acee of the San Diego Union-Tribune reports that former Chargers linebacker Kevin Burnett has agreed to terms with the Dolphins. Per Acee, it’s a five-year deal with $10 million in guaranteed money.
Burnett spent two seasons with the Chargers, after four with the Cowboys. He started every game in 2010, for the first time in his career.
UPDATE: Jeff Darlington of the Miami Herald reports that the deal covers only four years.
