Ravens won’t be signing Jerricho Cotchery

Free-agent receiver Jerricho Cotchery recently visited the Steelers. He left without a contract.

Cotchery also has visited the Ravens. He also left without a contract.

Jamison Hensley of the Baltimore Sun reports that the Ravens won’t be signing Cotchery. Per Hensley, there were no problems with Cotchery’s physical.

Beyond Anquan Boldin, the Ravens have little experience at the receiver position. T.J. Houshmandzadeh, who spent the 2010 season in Baltimore, remains available. Derrick Mason and Donte’ Stallworth have signed with the Jets and Redskins, respectively.
