We should finally get clarity regarding Eagles receiver Jeremy Maclin on Tuesday.

Philadelphia hasn’t said what’s wrong with Maclin, who has been bothered by some sort of viral illness since March. He hasn’t practiced at training camp and left the team last week for more testing.

His brother spoke to the Sporting News Monday, saying everything would be cleared up in another 24 hours.

“We definitely will have some news tomorrow,” Andre Maclin said. “That’s when we find out exactly what’s going on and when [the Maclin camp] will address it and talk.”

Andre Maclin seemed to hint it could be good news. He said he was confident Jeremy would play for the Eagles this year.

“They kind of have us on a gag order until tomorrow. . . . But he’s fine, he’s fine. That much I can say.”
