Terrelle Pryor was only pick in supplemental draft

Caleb King Pic

Former Ohio State quarterback Terrelle Pryor was the first pick in this year’s supplemental draft, taken by the Oakland Raiders with a third-round choice.

As it turned out, Pryor was also the only pick in this year’s supplemental draft.

The supplemental draft is now over, and no one else was selected. That makes the other five players who were eligible (Western Carolina defensive back Torez Jones, Georgia running back Caleb King, Lindenwood defensive end Keenan Mace, North Carolina defensive end Mike McAdoo and Northern Illinois defensive back Tracy Wilson) free agents.

King and McAdoo were both considered decent prospects who had a chance of being drafted, but if not a single NFL team thought either one of them had enough upside to be worth even a 2012 seventh-round pick, that doesn’t speak well for their chances of making it in the NFL.
