Cardinals running back Beanie Wells is inactive for this afternoon’s game against the Seahawks.

Wells had been expected to play despite being limited in practice during the week with a hamstring injury, but after testing him out in pregame warmups, the Cardinals deactivated him.

Backup running back LaRod Stephens-Howling is also inactive, which means that Chester Taylor will get the start for the Cardinals. Taylor has one carry for zero yards so far this season.

Running back Alfonso Smith, who has never had an NFL carry, is likely to get some work in the offense today as well.
