Titans receiver Kenny Britt left Sunday’s game against the Broncos with a knee injury.
Per a source with knowledge of the situation, it’s believed that Britt has an MCL injury. He’ll have an MRI on Monday, after the swelling subsides a bit.
The duration of Britt’s absence will depend on the severity of the injury, if it’s indeed the MCL and only the MCL. Absent a complete tear, the rope-like ligament can heal without surgery.
The injury happened while Britt was falling awkwardly to the ground, causing him to lose possession.
