Eagles lock media out of locker room

M. Vickoutsidelocker

Things have grown ugly in Philadelphia lately, in case you haven’t noticed.

Cornerback Asante Samuel’s only solution was to lock the media out of the team’s locker room.

“Media is too negative,” Samuel said via Jeff McLane of the Philadelphia Inquirer.

Awesome. This seemingly foolproof plan had only one problem: Samuel locked the door before all of his teammates, including Michael Vick, got back inside.

(Yes, we realize Samuel was messing around. His attempt included a putter and some rope.)

Once inside, Samuel made an important announcement: The Eagles are “are going to come out there swinging, fighting, and do our damn dizzle.”

We can’t wait to see what happens next week if the Eagles go to 1-5.
