Tashard Choice hasn’t seen the field yet in the two weeks since the Redskins claimed him off waivers from Dallas. But with the Cowboys coming to town on Sunday, Choice says there’s no way he’s missing a chance to play against his former team.

I’m just going to go in there and play — get behind those guys and run to daylight,” Choice told the Washington Post. “I’m excited about the opportunity.”

Choice didn’t do much running to daylight in his six games with the Cowboys this season -- he had just 75 yards on 28 carries. But Choice was hobbled by a hamstring strain earlier this year, and he now says that injury isn’t affecting him at all.

Asked what the percent chance is that he’ll play on Sunday, Choice answered, “One hundred.”

“I’m playing this week,” Choice added.

That’s good news for the Redskins’ offense, which in the last three games has just one touchdown (in garbage time of a loss to the 49ers) and needs all the help it can get.
