New Rams coach Jeff Fisher hasn’t decided yet who his offensive coordinator will be, but he says he is confident of one thing: Sam Bradford will thrive in the Rams’ new offense.

Fisher told our own Mike Florio on The Dan Patrick Show that he has talked with Bradford about his own offensive philosophy, and that he and Bradford are on the same page.

“Sam is excited about the direction we’re going,” Fisher said.

So who’s going to be calling the offensive plays for the Rams? Fisher confirmed that Brian Schottenheimer and Hue Jackson are his candidates, although he said he’s going to take his time and possibly consider other coaches.

“I’m going to keep an open mind here,” Fisher said. “I’ve learned over the years that when you’re patient you’re going to make a better decision.”

Fisher also said he just found out last night about the possibility of playing an annual game in London, which he called “very exciting.”

Rams fans can only hope the words “very exciting” are used to describe the offense in St. Louis (and London) in the years ahead.
