RG3 says Redskins would have made him No. 1 overall pick

Of the 26 players who arrived at the green room at Radio City Music Hall, 20 heard their names called in the first round of the 2012 draft.

Of those 20, more than half visited backstage with a certain Internet hack with whom you may be familiar.

Here’s the interview with Redskins quarterback Robert Griffin III, who said the Redskins told him that Griffin would have been the first overall pick in the draft, if the Redskins had held that pick.

Griffin also said that he’ll need plenty of tickets when he returns home to Dallas on Thanksgiving to play the Cowboys.
