The parade of officially-disclosed undrafted free agents continues.  The latest team to pull the sheet off their class of free agents is the Chiefs.

On Monday afternoon, the Chiefs announced that 15 players have signed with the team.

And they are:  WR Josh Bellamy (Louisville); TE Tim Biere (Kansas); OL Justin Cheadle (California); RB Nate Eachus (Colgate); DB Jean Fanor (Bethune-Cookman); DB Chandler Fenner (Holy Cross); FB Taylor Gentry (N.C. State); DB Tysyn Hartman (Kansas State); LB Dexter Heyman (Louisville); OL Cam Holland (North Carolina); DE Ethan Johnson (Notre Dame);  WR Brandon Kinnie (Nebraska); DB Terrance Parks (Florida State); K Matt Szymanski (SMU); and DB Neiko Thorpe (Auburn).

  1. The big “get” here is Ethan Johnson, DE/Notre Dame. Four year starter and team captain. Recruited as 3-4 DE, after coaching change still succeeded as 4-3 DT, then returning to 3-4 DE for senior year, but dreaded high ankle sprain in Week 4. Before senior year (and before injury), projected to be Hendricks Award nominee. Nasty and always gets penetration and holds ground. Awesome against the run. Tall and gets hands up to tip balls. Look for him to make roster in rotation.
