Cordy Glenn signs deal with Bills

The Bills are getting close to putting the final touches on signing their draft class.

One day after signing first-round pick Stephon Gilmore, the Bills announced that they have agreed to a contract with offensive lineman Cordy Glenn. The second-round pick signed a four-year deal with the team.

Coming into the draft there was a difference of opinion about what Glenn’s role would be in the NFL. Some thought his massive size -- 6'6", 345 pounds -- meant that he would be playing guard while others thought that he could remain at the tackle spot he played at Georgia. Bills General Manager is part of the latter group and he picked Glenn as a potential solution to the team’s need at left tackle. Chris Hairston will be his competition for the job this summer and it won’t be any surprise to see Glenn wind up with the job.

With Glenn in the fold, third-round wide receiver T.J. Wilson is the only Buffalo draft pick yet to sign.
