Raiders receiver Darrius Heyward-Bey had a mishap on the Bay Bridge last month, resulting earlier this month in a charge of driving under the influence.

He’s scheduled to be arraigned on Thursday, according to the Associated Press. Heyward-Bey’s lawyer, Ivan Golde, says that the receiver will plead not guilty.

A top-ten pick in 2009, Heyward-Bey had his best season in 2011. He faces discipline from the league, based on the outcome of the DUI charge.
