PFT Live: NFLPA President Domonique Foxworth and Bob Glauber of Newsday

We will delve into the ongoing issues between the NFLPA and the NFL when NFLPA President Domonique Foxworth joins Tuesday’s edition of PFT Live.

The bounty program suspensions, the collusion suit and the move toward replacement officials have all churned up acrimony in the relationship between the two sides who sometimes seemed like they were closer during the lockout than they are today. We’ll hear what Foxworth and the union want to see happen in all of these cases as well as what else the union is working on these days.

After that, we’ll move onto a discussion of all things Jets and Giants with Bob Glauber of Newsday. Both teams have been generating a fair amount of headlines so we’ll catch up on Osi Umenyiora’s contract, Hakeem Nicks’ injury, Darrelle Revis’ contract and everything having to do with Tim Tebow.

You can watch it all live at noon ET.

  1. Some questions for Foxworth :

    1. Given that Brees has been very public in his denial of the bounties and the NFLPAs subsequent use of Brees to try to place the blame on the coaches, what did Bree’s know and when did he know it?

    2. What evidence has the NFLPA seen?

    3. Why did the NFLPA convince the players to not see Goodell (with their lawyers) to discuss the evidence?

    4. Does the NFLPA truly believe the NFL owners are a “cartel” per DeSmith?

    5. Why have a “special master” if the NFLPA is going to appeal every single decision that doesn’t go their way?

    etc. .etc
