Bears breaking in new offense amid high expectations

The Chicago Bears performed just well enough last season to get their G.M. fired.  There’s a chance in 2012 that they’ll perform just well enough to get their head coach fired.

John Mullin of joined PFT Live on Wednesday to take a tour through various challenges the Bears are facing as they adjust to the departure of offensive coordinator Mike Martz and the giving of the keys to a guy who had a knack for putting a pencil behind his ear.

From Mike Tice to Brian Urlacher to Matt Forte to Brandon Marshall, there is reason for optimism — and for concern.
