Cowboys receiver Dez Bryant has a sore hamstring. And while it was thought that it would keep him out of action on Monday night in Oakland, he will play a “few snaps,” according to DallasCowboys.com.
Bryant and starter Miles Austin both have hamstring issues.
The problem for the Cowboys is that, beyond the starters, they don’t have much high-level experience. They’re counting on someone to step up like Laurent Robinson did a year ago.
They’re also counting on Bryant to make a major impact in his third season -- and to stay out of trouble off the field.
With Austin out and Bryant only playing on a limited basis, the other receivers will have plenty of opportunities to show what they can do.
