The first practice report isn’t due until Wednesday, so the 49ers have no obligation to provide any official information about their injuries until then.

Unofficially, they’ve got several question marks as they prepare to avoid chasing a 13-3 season with an 0-1 start.

Cam Inman of BayAreaNewsGroup.com reports that, as the team practiced on Saturday, eight days before a Week One test at Lambeau Field against the Packers, four players were missing: running back Brandon Jacobs, linebacker Parys Haralson, receiver Ted Ginn, and receiver Mario Manningham.

Haralson missed practice on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday; coach Jim Harbaugh said Haralson is “working through something.”

Jacobs has a knee injury, Ginn has an ankle injury, and Manningham left the team a week ago after the death of his grandfather.
