Jets cornerback Darrelle Revis left Sunday’s season-opening win over the Bills after being kicked in the head.

It ended up being a precaution. A league source with knowledge of the situation tells PFT that Revis is fine.

As the source explained it, Revis didn’t return as a precaution, given the sensitivity to concussions. He should be available when the Jets travel to Pittsburgh next week, where Revis will play in the stadium where he played his college games, not far from his hometown.
