Nothing has changed on the scoreboard since we last checked in with the Jets and Dolphins.

It is 10-3 Dolphin lead at halftime in Miami, although the half ended without too many smiles. Running back Reggie Bush stayed down after a short run just before halftime and appeared to injure his knee when he took a helmet to it during a tackle. Bush went back to the locker room a couple of seconds ahead of the rest of the players, so we don’t have any update on his status yet.

Bush walked off the field on his own, though, and that would seem to be a good sign for his chances of rejoining the action in the second half. Bush had a good half, picking up 61 yards on 10 carries to help the Dolphins to the lead. Bush is shooting for his fourth straight 100-yard rushing performance at home, something that is well within his reach if he can return for the second half.

Late spark from a Tim Tebow fake punt aside, the Jets have done nothing on offense other than fan the flames of those who think they have serious problems in that regard. They haven’t helped themselves with a sluggish start on defense or a roughing the kicker penalty that extended a Miami drive, although that call was a borderline one at best. It also preceded Bush’s injury, so the Dolphins might end the day wishing it never happened.

UPDATE 2:49 p.m. ET: Bush returned to the field for the second half, but his return to the game is questionable. He wasn’t on the field when Jets safety LaRon Landry intercepted a pass for a touchdown to make the score 10-10 or when Daniel Thomas fumbled the ball on the next offensive play. Darrelle Revis recovered and the Jets are in business deep in Dolphins territory.
