Matt Cassel finally came out of the game, but not for the reason you’d expect.

The justifiably maligned Chiefs quarterback was knocked out of the game when he took a hard shot from a pair of Ravens defenders. The Chiefs announced he had a head injury, and his return was questionable.

Brady Quinn immediately jumped up and started warming up, and has entered the game.

The Chiefs trail 9-3, only in the game after four turnovers because the Ravens are playing poorly on offense, and can’t stop a stubborn running game.
