With the game knotted at 13 and the Raiders driving for a go-ahead score late, Falcons cornerback Asante Samuel did what he failed to do in crunch time of Super Bowl XLII.
Samuel held onto the ball.
More specifically, he jumped a route and ran 79 yards, with a minor stop-and-start needed to avoid the flailing arms of the man who delivered the interception.
The Falcons lead by seven with time running out, but the Raiders could still force overtime.
