The bye week has done little to help Jags receiver Laurent Robinson recover from the second concussion he suffered in two games.

The first one came in Week Three against the Colts. He was cleared to return in Week Four, and he sustained another concussion against the Bengals.

Robinson missed the Week Five loss to the Bears. Even with the bye week, Robinson did not participate in practice on Wednesday due to the concussion.

Robinson won’t return until he’s cleared by an independent neurologist. After the first concussion, he possibly was cleared too quickly. After the second concussion, it’s taking more time, as it should.

Hopefully, regardless of when he’s cleared to return, Robinson will be OK.
