The Cowboys said they wanted DeMarco Murray to be back to 100 percent before they activate him, and he must not be there yet.

According to Todd Archer of ESPNDallas.com, Murray has been ruled out for Sunday’s game at Philadelphia, his fourth straight game missed with a sprained foot.

That leaves Felix Jones to start again, and since a 92-yard breakout game against the Ravens in relief of Murray, he hasn’t topped 50 in a game.

Linebacker Dan Connor is listed as doubtful with a stinger, but cornerback Mike Jenkins said he’s expecting to play despite missing the last two days of practice with back spasms.
