The Cowboys appear to have lost another defensive starter to a season-ending injury.

According to Todd Archer of ESPNDallas.com, Cowboys defensive end Kenyon Coleman suffered a torn left triceps and needs surgery to repair it.

An MRI Monday confirmed the injury, which could mark the end of the veteran’s career there. He’s 33, and will be a free agent this offseason.

The Cowboys have already placed safety Barry Church (Achilles) and linebacker Sean Lee (toe) on injured reserve, giving them key losses at every level.

The hope is that Sean Lissemore returns this week, after missing most of the last five weeks with a high ankle sprain.
