Chuck Pagano’s feeling better in more ways than one.

The Colts coach, in his return to the sidelines after his battle with leukemia, just watched his team beat the Texans 28-16.

The Colts battered the Texans from start to finish, with Andrew Luck’s 70-yard touchdown pass to T.Y. Hilton (on a third-and-23) clinching it.

The Colts, who improved from 2-14 last year to 11-5, didn’t have much to play for in terms of playoff seeding, they were already in as a wild card. But even though they have flaws that can be exploited in the playoffs, the emotional wave they’re on at the moment makes them a team you might not want to play.

The Texans fell to 12-4 with the loss, their third in their last four games. They could have sealed home field advantage through the AFC playoffs with a win, but now have to wait to see what the Broncos and Patriots do before they know if they even get a bye.
