It was an eventful season for the Redskins as a team and an eventful one for cornerback DeAngelo Hall as an individual, and Hall said Monday that he’s open to doing whatever it takes to do it all over again in 2013.

Hall is due to make $7.5 million next season, a salary that might make him too expensive to remain in Washington for another year. The money is not guaranteed, which means the Redskins would face no penalty if they decided to move in a different direction. Hall was asked about the possibility of redoing his deal to make it more affordable and he indicated a willingness to do that as long as he was able to remain with the team.

“This thing is getting right where it needs to be,” Hall said, via the Washington Post. “Like I said, whatever I’ve got to do to be here, I’m going to try to do that.”

Hall spent much of Sunday jawing with members of the Seahawks, continuing hostilities with Seattle from the 2011 season and a combative attitude that led to altercations with both an official and a reporter this season. He played some football in between all that jawing, giving the Redskins mixed results on the corner that improved along with the rest of the defense during the second half of the season.
