Titans receiver Kenny Britt has one less thing to worry about.

The oft-arrested wideout has been acquitted on DUI charges arising from a July 2012 arrest, according to Jim Wyatt of the Tennessean. Britt’s lawyer advised Wyatt of the outcome.

The NFL suspended Britt one game in the aftermath of the arrest, the latest in a Pacmanesque string of police encounters.

The DUI arrest came at Fort Campbell, Kentucky, as Britt was driving a female solider back to the base.

The outcome won’t do anything to hurt Britt’s standing with the Titans. The team plans to keep him, and G.M. Ruston Webster touched on Britt and various other Titans topics during a Tuesday visit to PFT Live.
