After running back Marcus Lattimore suffered a serious knee injury last October, doctors said he wouldn’t play football until 2014.

Lattimore isn’t that patient.

Already well ahead of schedule in his rehab, Lattimore plans to play in 2013. And after listening to him talk about the situation during a Thursday visit to PFT Live, it’s impossible doubt him.

It’s even harder not to root for him.
