Sanders, Bradshaw leave Pittsburgh without contracts

Bradshaw

The Steelers usually don’t do much in free agency. Which makes even the possibility that they’ll do something in free agency big news in Pittsburgh.

On Thursday, the Steelers hosted safety James Sanders and running back Ahmad Bradshaw for free-agency visits. According to Ed Bouchette of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, both left town without contracts.

Per Adam Schefter of ESPN, Bradshaw will return to Pittsburgh in a few weeks for another look at his foot, which Bradshaw continues to rehab after offseason surgery.

Eventually, the Steelers could decide to fill their needs at running back elsewhere. Possibly via the draft.
