The Packers have signed cornerback Loyce Means, the club said Tuesday. Terms were not disclosed.
The 24-year-old Means recently ran the 40-yard dash in less than 4.4 seconds at a workout, Tom Silverstein of the Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel reported.
Means went undrafted out of Houston in 2011 and had a preseason stint with the Bills. That same year, he also played for the CFL’s Hamilton Tiger-Cats.
Means’ addition gives the Packers seven cornerbacks on the roster, with Tramon Williams, Casey Hayward, Sam Shields, Davon House and Jarrett Bush the top returning veterans.
