Mike Florio talks with the Seattle Seahawks General Manager John Schneider, about the amazing turnaround the franchise is currently going through. Last year, the ‘Hawks took a chance on quarterback Russell Wilson in the third round and were greatly rewarded. Seattle doesn’t have a pick in the first round of the 2013 NFL draft, but their tremendous offseason negates the need for the pick.This video is no longer available.   1. Best GM in football. Seattle fans remember Tim Ruskell bunch of aged bunch softies with fat contracts just 4 years ago. Pete Carroll and Schneider turned over every rock to find talent and knocked it out the park 3 consecutive drafts. I can’t even tell you if the defense or offense will be a more dominant force next year. Go Hawks!

  2. While the 49ers are getting old and bombing drafts, Schneider manages to get his roster better and better while continuing to get younger. How he didn’t win executive of the year is a mystery.
