Cornerback Darrelle Revis won’t be joining the Pro Football Talk on NBC Sports Network crew on Monday, but we do have the guy who traded for him and one of his old teammates.
Mike Florio will talk to Buccaneers General Manager Mark Dominik about the trade that brought Revis to Tampa for a pair of draft picks. We’ll find out some of the behind-the-scenes information about the trade, including when the Bucs knew they had their man, and find out who came up with the unusual structure of the six-year, $96 million contract that Revis signed in Tampa.
For the impact that Revis’ departure will have on the Jets, Erik Kuselias will speak to defensive end Muhammad Wilkerson. Wilkerson is one of the few talented young pieces on the Jets roster and we’ll find out his thoughts on the road ahead for the Jets now that they no longer have Revis at cornerback.
