The Dolphins announced the signings of 19 undrafted rookies, including one name which should be familiar to local fans.

  1. Findlay Quarterback Clay Belton is a very interesting Undrafted Rookie Signing! I didn’t follow his collegiate career, but I did follow his high school career. He and his family have made a great name for themselves in the Dayton, Ohio area, as far as high school football is concerned. Therefore, I wish Clay nothing but the best of luck. If he can rekindle the progression which he had in high school, then his career may be one to watch out for!

  2. The did a good job of getting UDFA’s in camp again this year. A lot of these guys have legitimate chances to make the team. They just have to show they deserve it during the evaluation process.

  3. Rob McCabe will make this team as a special teamer, Like Larry Izzo did back in 1995! HOYA NATION!!!!!

  4. Sinkfield is a bigger (6’1″), stronger and nearly as fast as (4.31 vs 4.28) Tavon Austin. In fact, in Cleats on a Rubber Track he ran a 4.19 !!! and was faster than Austin’s Track Run at 4.22 He had the same 20yd Shuffle time as well 4.18 and an extra 10″ in Vertical Leap. He will be the Sleeper in the Dolphins UDFA and WILL make the roster as possible Punt/Kick Return replacing Bess and sharing the roles with Thigpen. Maybe even a Slot.

McCabe, Clay, Bumphis and Kovacs all have serious shots. Go Phins!!!

  5. Sinkfield looks like the real deal. The QB for UNI has to be one of the worst QB’s I’ve ever watched play. Every pass is under thrown in the highlight videos.
