Seahawks free agent linebacker Leroy Hill won’t face felony domestic violence charges, after the King County Prosecutors Office deemed the case against him insufficient to pursue, according to Danny O’Neil of 710 ESPN Seattle.

Hill’s not out of the woods yet, as misdemeanor charges are still a possibility with the local prosecutor.

He was arrested in January, and also in 2010 on domestic violence charges, though those were thrown out when he enrolled in a treatment program.

The 30-year-old linebacker also has multiple marijuana arrests.

There’s been no indication the Seahawks want him back, and even though the recent charges aren’t going anywhere, it’s likely enough to scare away potential employers.
