The Giants had 63 players on the field for their rookie minicamp, but one significant name was standing there watching.
Free agent linebacker Aaron Curry, who visited the team Thursday, was still hanging around Friday, according to Ralph Vacchiano of the New York Daily News.
Giants coach Tom Coughlin admitted “there’s interest” in adding the former No. 4 overall pick.
“He was here last night. We brought him back in this morning and talked to him a little bit,” Coughlin said. “We’ll see where it goes.”
While he wasn’t on the field with the draft picks and the rest of the guys scrambling for work, the fact he’s still in town could be a sign his search for employment could be fruitful.
