The Bills added some serious speed this offseason.

But C.J. Spiller is not prepared to let anyone else anchor the relay team.

The Bills running back is fast, running a 4.37 40 at the Combine. But third-round pick Marquise Goodwin ran his in 4.27 this year, making him the resident track star.

You can’t go wrong with either one,” Spiller said, via Mark Gaughan of the Buffalo News. “We’re both fast guys. I like my chances right now against anybody in the league. If anybody wants to put their four best against our four best I think we’ll come out on top.”

Between return man Leodis McKelvin, cornerback Ron Brooks and wide receiver T.J. Graham, the Bills could put together quite a relay team.

“We got a lotta playmakers on this team, a lot of people who can do a lot of stuff when you put the ball in their hands, so it’s very exciting,” Spiller said.

The next challenge will be figuring out which quarterback is best able to get the ball into the hands of the ones on offense, and turning that track speed into something tangible on the field.
