Former Lions receiver Titus Young remains in Orange County Jail and has not yet received the psychiatric examination that people close to him have said he needs.

Young appeared in court today where his lawyer requested that his case be continued until June 24 because he had not been able to get a psychiatrist to evaluate Young, according to USA Today.

There was at least one positive sign about Young: Unlike his last court appearance, Young did address the judge, saying “Good morning” and answering a couple of questions.

“You look like you’re doing a lot better than the last time I saw you,” the judge told Young.

Young is currently facing charges on 11 different crimes, including burglary, drunk driving and assaulting a police officer.
