Carlos Ortiz, the man arrested in Connecticut on suspicion of his involvement in Odin Lloyd’s murder, is heading back to Massachusetts.

The Associated Press reports that a judge in Bristol, Connecticut ruled during a Friday morning hearing that Ortiz be turned over to authorities in Massachusetts. Ortiz had been arrested earlier this week at the home of Aaron Hernandez’s uncle and has been held on $1.5 million bail after waiving extradition back to the state where Lloyd was killed on June 17.

Reports on Thursday indicated that Ortiz had admitted to investigators that he was in possession of a firearm in North Attleboro, Massachusetts on that night although there was no further detail as to whether or not Ortiz used said firearm. The Boston Globe reports that Ortiz may be charged with one count of carrying a firearm without a license when he returns to the state.

Police are also looking for a third suspect in the case, Ernest Wallace, who is wanted on charges of being an accessory after the fact.
